Brave Journey is a place of hope, courage and growth. I’m Charmari Downing, an integrative counsellor and therapist-coach. I provide a safe, confidential space to explore what matters most to you, and support you to move forward with clarity and connection.

Meet Charmari
Integrative Counsellor, Therapist-Coach MBACP | ACC
I work with individuals and couples offering therapy, mentoring, coaching and debriefs, both online and in-person. I hold space for you to feel heard and empowered, to work through what’s hard, and to discover new possibilities.
I’m trauma-informed and relational, with a deep commitment to co-creating a respectful, compassionate partnership. My integrative approach draws from a range of therapeutic models. Depending on your needs, we may use creative, body-based, mindfulness, nature-based or spiritual approaches.
I'm here to help you explore your journey with gentleness, courage, and care.
